Shearing!

So excited!
We start shearing this week!
They're just doing the shippers and rams now, so only 3 or 4 days worth, but I'm excited anyway!
Lots of sheepwork, moving mobs back and forth to the shed, lots of fit men in singlets and shearing jeans, lots of that shearing shed atmosphere, radio blaring, everyone pulling together to get the job done- it's the nearest thing I get these days to an ED trauma team or a nice juicy cardiac arrest! And did I mention the shearing jeans?!
